Animation Studio Simulation

Michael teaches Computer Graphics and 3D Design at the Taft School, and in order to get his students to better understand the world of computer graphics the class simulated working in an animation studio. For several weeks the students worked together to develop two collaborative animations. Students started each project by brainstorming a few different ideas and created a storyboard. After completing the storyboard the students formed several development teams including those who would be responsible for modeling, animating, special effects, and rigging.
